1. What’s left in the sun

It doesn’t matter if the food is cooked in the pot, oven or grilled if it’s fruit, juice or water. Whatever it is if you’ve left it out of the fridge, exposed to heat and sun for more than 1 hour then don’t consume it. You should throw it away if you want to avoid food poisoning.

Due to the high temperatures prevailing in the summer months, food is altered and bacteria are developed, dangerous for our body. So if you have left food out of the fridge for a long time, before consuming it you should check the colour, smell and taste to make sure it has not been tampered with.
